Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the Samsung 55-inch Tizen TV, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make every show and movie a pleasure to watch. Its sleek and minimalist design fits perfectly in my living space, adding a modern touch. What really sets this TV apart is the intuitive Tizen OS. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, providing quick access to a variety of streaming apps. But what I love most is the built-in Samsung TV Plus network, offering over 200 free live TV channels—no additional streaming services required! For gamers, the TV includes a Gaming Hub, enabling cloud gaming without the need for a console, which is a huge plus. The setup process was quick and hassle-free, and the interface is user-friendly. While it would be nice to have more HDMI ports, and the remote could be a bit more responsive, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall experience. This TV is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a feature-packed, high-quality option at a reasonable price. Highly recommend it!”

Absolute bang for buck tv. Was easy to setup, looks great and has a ton of features and works great with the Samsung app

The Samsung 55” DU6900 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV delivers impressive picture quality for the price. The colors are vibrant, the 4K resolution looks sharp, and the Crystal UHD processing does a good job making movies, sports, and streaming content look clean and detailed. Watching shows in HDR adds extra brightness and contrast, which makes the picture pop even more. The Tizen smart system is easy to navigate and comes with all the major streaming apps already available, so setup is quick and simple. The TV also runs smoothly when switching between apps and inputs. For gaming, input lag feels responsive enough for casual players, and the large 55-inch screen makes games feel immersive. The slim design and thin bezels give it a modern look that fits well in most living rooms or bedrooms. The sound quality is decent for built-in speakers, though adding a soundbar would definitely improve the experience for movies and sports. Another small downside is that the refresh rate is limited compared to higher-end gaming TVs, but for everyday viewing it performs very well. Overall, the Samsung DU6900 is a great value 4K smart TV with solid picture quality, user-friendly features, and dependable performance for streaming, gaming, and everyday entertainment.

Not only does this tv have a great picture, but it also has an easy to use app that you can install on your phone or tablet that makes using it even easier. The SmartThings app connects with my older Samsung tv making it a breeze to move from on room to the other while watching. Super easy to navigate and customize. High quality and great value

I had been researching TVs for nearly two months, starting from Black Friday, carefully comparing different models and prices. I even visited physical stores to check them out in person. After much consideration, I decided that this TV offered the best value for the price, so I purchased it from Best Buy with in-store pickup—I didn't want to risk any issues with shipping. This is the first TV I've ever purchased, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, and I’ve never had any complaints about the display. Built-in apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu work flawlessly, and the mobile control feature makes navigation incredibly convenient. One of the standout features for me is the sound quality. The audio spectrum is wide and immersive, even at lower volume levels. My room isn’t too big, so I’ve been keeping the volume around 20, but knowing that it can go up to 100 gives me confidence that it can handle any situation. Overall, this was a fantastic purchase, and I’m extremely satisfied. If you’re looking for a TV that offers great quality at a reasonable price, I’d highly recommend this one!

Very clear picture very nice price. Easy to operate.

Great size and weight, loved the adjustable options for the legs. Crystal clear picture, easy to setup, and the endless streaming options with the free Samsung app are an added bonus! I was incredibly pleased with the price, delivery process and product! Would purchase again and recommend others to as well.

I just upgraded to the Samsung 55-inch TV, and honestly, it feels like my living room leveled up into a private theater. The picture is sharp and vibrant — colors glow with warmth and depth, blacks are deep and velvety, and every little detail pops. Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or letting YouTube run while I cook, it delivers that “wow” factor every single time. The size is perfect — big enough to feel cinematic without swallowing the room. The design is sleek and modern, with thin bezels that make the screen feel almost borderless. And the smart features? Smooth, fast, and simple. Apps load quickly, menus are intuitive, and connecting devices is painless — just the way technology should be. Sound quality is surprisingly full on its own, though it pairs beautifully with a soundbar if you want that extra punch. And motion handling is great — no weird blur or soap-opera effect unless you turn it on intentionally. It’s one of those purchases that quietly improves daily life. Cozy nights in feel richer. Game days feel bigger. Even background TV feels… fancy. Five bright stars — I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had the 2k crystal samsung 48in tv for 10+ years and it was a great tv i decided to upgrade and stick with the same series and it does not disappoint. Not only was it a great price but it comes with its own cable samsung tv plus so basically buying this replaces the need and extra charge for cable all you need is internet. I also use it for gaming with an xbox series x and the tv have game mode that really makes the difference in performance. All around it is a great tv for a great price i would recommend 10/10 times.

It’s 5" more than my previous tv that was a Roku, the quality is better watching movies and playing on my console(ps4) the hookup was easy as well, hope to have this tv for a long time.

I brought this to replace a tv that was 15 years old!! The picture was amazing!! I dont know about the sound from TV since i brought the sound bar that when with the TV and is sounds great!!! Watch a show is like your there on set with them while there recording the show. Best buy i have made all year..

I purchased the Samsung 55 inch UHD crystal tv and I’m very satisfied with it. Movies and shows look great and gaming is definitely crisper and more vivid paired with my Xbox series X. And for a very fair price as well plus I picked it up curbside I didn’t even set foot inside which was awesome as it was 3 days before Christmas

Me and my brother bought this TV for my mom and I am so glad we did, I love the tv and so does my mom I think it is the perfect size for the room and honestly the quality of the picture is amazing it was totally worth it and the price is definitely not bad ad all I would definitely reccomend this tv.

I got a really good deal on this item and I love it. This is my favorite TV brand yet and I’ve had a lot of different ones when I first came. I came in a little car and they told me that it wasn’t a good idea so my sister came and picked it up for me and everything‘s been going well with the TV quality is amazing. I am super happy with the price I paid as well.

Love this TV. Bought this TV for my boyfriend and he is absolutely ecstatic since this is his first brand new TV that he's own. He loves the interaction with samsumg phone and earbuds while syncing everything to the TV. He even found that he could connect his earbuds by Bluetooth to watch TV in silent when I fell asleep. He was amazed!!! The colors are so clear and vivid. The sound is awesome and syncing the remote control with our superbox was the easiest setup we've encountered. The syncing process was smooth and easy without a hitch. He enjoys every minute while watching his shows and news on it. We Absolutely Love it. Thank you Samsung for making a great product for us to enjoy for years to come.

It arrived today, and I am astonished by its picture and sound quality. I compared this model with LG in the same range, and this one stands out. I was initially concerned about the viewing angles, but they are perfectly normal and not a disappointment.

My smart Samsung that I had for 10 years finally died on me. No worries, it was the perfect size so I it was easy for me to filter to what I wanted in a new tv model & I found the perfect one. It has taken some time to figure out all of the functionalities BUT overall the quality is impressive.

Great picture at a great price. Easy setup and connection to my internet.

Samsung has a great tv with this one and overall its an amazing product at a fair price. The smart things capabilities and compatibility makes ease of connecting your entire samsung collection. My only hold up on rating 5 stars is that the home screen layout and the use of to download apps and navigate around is a but convoluted and overly difficult/confusing. If you dont choose every app and setting during initial set up its a but frustrating to make adjustments later. Despite the use which is figured out and overcome eventually the product is top notch. The clarity of picture and the slim beautiful asthetics of the tv are great and well worth the fair pricing point.

My new Samsung was delivered and my brothers installed it with no problem. I am enjoying all my shows and playoff games with my new 55 inch Samsung. Thank you Excellent sound without a sound bar
