I’ve been using the Samsung S26 Ultra for a few weeks and it’s honestly one of the best phones I’ve had. The screen is super sharp and smooth, the camera takes amazing photos (even at night), and performance is fast with no lag at all. Battery easily lasts me a full day. It is a bit big, but if you’re okay with that, it’s definitely worth it.

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512GB from Best Buy, and it has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The performance is incredibly smooth thanks to the powerful processor and generous RAM—apps launch instantly, multitasking is seamless, and even demanding games run flawlessly. The 512GB storage is a huge plus. I never worry about running out of space for photos, videos, or apps, which makes it perfect for long-term use. The display is absolutely stunning—bright, sharp, and vibrant. Watching videos or browsing feels premium, especially with the smooth refresh rate. The camera system is another standout feature; photos come out crisp with great detail, even in low light. The zoom capabilities are especially impressive. Battery life easily lasts me through a full day of heavy use, and the fast charging helps when I need a quick boost. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. Best Buy made the buying process easy and reliable, and the phone itself is a powerhouse that delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

I'm a Samsung loyalist always buying in the Note and Ultra flagship phones. My S23U was a good phone but I was disappointed with my cell coverage at times compared with my wife on an Apple Pro Max series who never seemed to have issues. The S26U has done really well and even better than her Apple phone with cell coverage, gives me Wifi 7 compatibility at home on my network, has GREAT battery life where I'm getting 1.5 to 2 days between charges and with my 70w charger I get 10% to 100% charging in about 50 minutes. The phone handles much better in hand with the rounded corners and you can tell the phone weight difference being much lighter in pocket. I'm not a big camera person, but the picture quality at really high zoom is much more clear. Love this phone, just wish I could have gotten white at my pre-order.

Smartphones are to the point where it becomes necessary for the consumer to understand precisely what their needs are, how responsible they are in managing expensive technology, and exactly what value do they place on their personal and private data. Having said this approximately 95% of users/consumers utilize perhaps +/- >5% of the technology in todays smartphones (this infers flip phones are more appropriate and less crowded bandwidth is a good thing). I tend to "upgrade" every other year or even skip two years based upon advanced technology from what I may currently "use". What I consider "use" is a tool, nothing more, nothing less. Every facet of the tool is used as to what the intended purpose of its installation on the device. Upon completing a task with this tool, it's simply put away until it's required to assist in another function. Nothing more. In other words, it's a work place assistant not a pacifier, not an addition to my hand, nor my ear nor a cause of a 3 car pileup on the 5. This brings me to the Samsung S26Ultra which caught my attention forcing me to a degree to trade in the very trusty but lacking features, S24Ultra. Mind you the 24 was a brilliant introduction to a grip on perhaps a new direction if implemented responsibly, that being Ai (Advanced Intelligence, nothing about it is artificial) the upgraded to the S26 Ultra Advance Intelligence that was the game changer for me was, "generative Ai" This feature was lacking in previous models. For me as a photographer, I sometimes am unable to have the full setup available at the ready and yet I need to capture a moment real time. The "fluff" around the capture on the S24 can be removed but substituted by what ever was whatever. Generative Ai allows me to place any and every background (within reason) so as to present a moment easily described to a client. The Snapdragon processor has GPU power second to none and frankly blows past many laptops. The screen is a privacy screen, which I've gotten used to, and become extremely pleased with. The BBY trade-in during the launch period gave a double storage deal I could not refuse and seriously, provided a best of breed value, albeit "smart phones are getting too pricey" unless you know how and what you're intended usage is and how responsible the user is implementing this tool. Again, my primary use for this tool is the quick use of the camera, and BTW the Pro setting both still and video are an amazing feature setup. Rather than mess with setting up every time, I've pre-set 3 settings I normally use, day time, night time and some secret and have them locked and loaded in presets in a folder next to my camera app and easy to go.

I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and I’m really happy with it. It’s super fast, everything runs smoothly, and I use it a lot during the day without any issues. The camera is amazing, especially the zoom and night photos, they come out really clear. Battery life is solid and easily lasts me all day. It also looks and feels very premium. Overall, definitely worth it and a big upgrade for me. P.S. I previously had the S23 Ultra and I love this one even more.

Samsung user for a decade. I’ve been using the Samsung S26 Ultra from the day 1 it released, and it’s honestly one of the most impressive phones I’ve had in a while. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight it feels compared to previous models—it’s easy to carry around all day without that bulky, heavy feeling. Performance-wise, it’s incredibly powerful. Everything runs smoothly, whether I’m multitasking, gaming, or just switching between apps. There’s no lag, and it handles demanding tasks effortlessly, which makes daily use feel seamless. On top of that, the design is sleek and modern. It looks premium without being over-the-top, and the slim profile gives it a really polished feel in hand. Overall, the S26 Ultra strikes a great balance between power, portability, and style. It’s a solid upgrade and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a high-end smartphone.

Great phone. Very useful upgrade for me from the S24 Ultra. Horizontal stabilization and upgraded AI features are just as advertised and amazing at every level. Privacy screen feature, however, may need some work. There are two levels to the is feature - medium and maximum. Medium doesn't affect the overall display quality, but also doesn't fully do the job and only makes it appear less bright from an angle. When maximum privacy is toggled on, the intended feature works, but at the cost of making your whole screen look greyish even when looking at it directly, so I doubt many people would use it as much. But that said, I don't blame them as it is their first iteration of this new innovative feature and I'm sure this will be fixed in the next iterations. Overall, great phone. Battery life is also similar to my previous S24ultra which is good. I do hope that Samsung can improve further in that area so that it can house a bigger battery (greater than 5000mah). I'll be sure to update this review in the coming weeks!

I've been using the Galaxy S26 Ultra for a bit now and its a great upgrade from S23 ultra. The display is smooth and noticeable change from S23 ultra. Camera quality is great! Paired with expert RAW it gives more flexibility for photography. The battery has been holding up better than I expected with heavy use and getting 3 or 4 hours better battery life than s23 ultra.

Love this phone. The raw power is unreal on a mobile device. Cameras are superb, battery is great even though it’s still 5,000mAH. I thought about giving it a 4 star because of this construction (aluminum again) but I always have a case.

I got an excellent deal with $700 trade in value for my old device and a free promotional 512gb storage upgrade. Purchase the phone for $599. The Bestbuy staff were helpful, and delivery was on time. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience.

I absolutely love it! I'm coming from the s23 ultra which was already a beast in itself. This phone is a great color when you see the white in person it's definitely different it's something you have to see in person versus seeing it online. And all the new features that Samsung came out with is definitely great and of course it's a little bit lighter but all in all definitely a 10/10! I would recommend honestly the last five models of Samsung to anyone!

It's a great phone with excellent performance, camera, and display. But honestly, it feels almost identical to the S25 Ultra, so unless you're upgrading from an older model, it may not be worth it.
