Everything works as intended, my only complaint is the back glass had a slight chip on the top other then that the phone is great, battery life is great, cameras are great, wireless charging is great, Everything is great.

I’ve never thought I would accept the challenge from my friends to try out this phone but it’s worth it. Excellent camera, productivity and durability.

Purchased this Refurbished Excellent Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and it honestly looks and functions like a brand-new device. There isn't a single scratch on the screen or body, the battery health is great, and the Titanium Black finish looks sleek. The camera system and display quality are top-notch, and the S Pen is super convenient. Buying refurbished saved a lot of money without compromising quality. Highly recommend!

Phone looks good, but phone has issues. Phone did not arrive in time, couldn't get in contact with the seller. I didn't want to send the phone back just to wait on a new phone all over again. When i had issues retrieving the first phone. The phone was unlocked, cantadd a picture of a phone that has issues.

Device came with a scratched display and a loose component in the back which rattled noticably when the device was moved around. Extreme heating issues near the top of the phone that spread quickly with sustained light use. The device was supposed to be refurbished in excellent condition and I got fair condition.

I've had it for 2 years and it's still like new, and the battery is excellent. I recommend buying it at Best Buy.
