Q: Does it have a screen protector over the screen and camera?
A: For the screen: the cover folds over the top, but there is no additional sheet of material that covers the actual screen. For the camera assembly: No it does not. It is a cutout for the camera assembly. there is a ridge that rises a bit above the assembly, but no "sheet" across the lenses.
A: Sorry, not sure. I never felt the need for a screen protector, since this case provided all the protection I needed.

A: No, it's a simple bi-fold.
