Q: How firm is this pillow, I'm looking for one that won't go flat after a week
A: This pillow is not comfortable at all. It is way too hard which causes stiffness in the cervical muscles which leads to headaches and decrease in range of motion. Two pillows were bought; one for my husband and the other for me. We both found the pillows uncomfortable and we don’t use them. We could not sleep and caused more muscle stiffness and tension. These pillows did not assist us in achieving a good night sleep. They are presently used to decorate our bed.
