Cools very well! No issues so far.

Wonderful product. 12,000 btu operating at 100% capacity and only pulling 4. 2 amps. Cools the addition to our house with ease and takes strain off the main indoor unit!

Absolutely love this system. Installed about a month ago and running perfectly. Install was very easy, and up and had an HVAC guy come add refrigerant to my 50' lineset. I couldn't be more happy about this product. Customer service was great, I was on the phone for at the most 5 minutes with a real person and an answer to my question.

This purchase was an excellent decision. Purchased for a large loft and so far it keeps the room very well cooled. Hooked it to Alexa and works great. Customer service / tech service was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Also I got a 10% discount so that made it even more affordable. Can't wait to see how it does here in upper Michigan this winter!

It is great equipment - installs very easy , works great , and all at a great price !
