Smaller than I wanted but it works great. Many important features for me …has door lock so children cannot operate it Heats very fast and thoroughly. Great product for the price and I got it on sale too.

So far so good! It seems to be working like a champ. It seems to be a great appliance. I like the blue digital lights on the front. It is a great looking product when all the light are off in the house at night.

I love this microwave. It’s plain and simple nothing fancy but it gets the job done. My last microwave (different brand) made it just past a year. They don’t make appliances like they used to. I like the handle much better than the push button when opening the door. I also like that it’s a dark color inside instead of the typical white color. It’s really a classy looking microwave. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced microwave - get this one.

Really like this microwave it beeps once when food it done , doesn’t keep beeping every minute like some of them do. When you’re busy and doing other things sometimes don’t have time to run in to get the food out.

Don't buy this product, bought it 4 months ago and the door handle broke..... Since it had one year factory warranty I called and they told me since it's a physical damage they couldn't do anything, it broke while opening the door, that's how cheap made it is

Perfect and surprisingly good quality never had an issue with it and I’ve been using it almost daily.

The rating of 2 is based on a 4 for the product and a zero for Best Buy. Because the item was "Open Box - Excellent", I expected a like new, undamaged item. Without any damage to the shipping box, the oven had a small dent in the top corner and the door was bent down, not level with the oven. I'm sure these flaws were known before Best Buy shipped the "like new" product. Very disappointing. I replaced a 20-year old Sharp Carousel Microwave. It had all the features this new one has - except the color and opening mechanism. I'd still be using the old one if the latch button hadn't just worn out. If I could get this new one to last even half as long as the old one, I'll be satisfied.

An extremely disappointing purchase from both product and customer support (Sharp) perspectives. The microwave started exhibiting signs of rust within a few months of purchase. At first, we thought it was only on the front, but we later found much more on the inside top as well (see pictures), to the point where we figured it was not safe to use. Our claim with Sharp customer service required multiple calls, follow-ups, and a lot of our time. Despite initial assurances that they would replace the item, in the end they offered just a $20 discount on the same item, which did not seem fair, given the issue. We just wish they would have told us upfront and saved the hours we spent working with them. Between the poor product quality and really difficulty customer service experience, that was probably the last item we’ll purchase from Sharp.

This the first time I use it and there’s a loud buzzing noise, when the time expired, it sound like someone running a stick across a fence, and then smelled like something was burning. Now I have to figure out how to take this back!! Due to COVID-19, I had it delivered so I wouldn’t have to go to the store. When I received it the box was torn up and tape back together and there was a dent on top back right corner. So it could be the rough handling of the package that damaged the inside, not sure.

Love this microwave!!!! Very easy to use ... perfect size .... slick look .... great price ..... and I love love love the fact that the inside is grey !!! Just what I was looking for

After 7 years of using my microwave it was time for a replacement. I kept looking for something of 900-1000W that also had a handle to open the door. Most of the microwaves available on the market either they had very bad reviews and seemed made of bad quality or they were just too expensive for how much I intended to spend. I actually came across this Sharp model while still window shopping and I bought the last one at my local Best Buy. Well, so far so good. Very quiet, very spacious inside, love the stainless steel look. I have no complaints so far, maybe a slight annoyance that the clock is a bit too bright so at night can bother my family if we're watching tv in the living room.

I've had this microwave a couple weeks. It gets the job done as advertised. The interior is gray, which is unusual. Down marks for hard plastic feet, which let the microwave slide on the counter a bit in normal usage. Stupid way to cheap out, it should have rubber feet. About the door: The door on mine opens and closes normally. These are manufactured cheaply with bad QA (according to my research), so some likely end up with door latches that are too stiff and that causes the difficulty opening & closing the door. The problem is then amplified because they cheap out with hard plastic feet, which let the microwave slide around instead of staying in place. BTW, my last microwave had a door button which was so stiff I had to put blocks behind it. Even though it had rubber feet and was heavy, it still always slid back when I pressed hard enough to open the door, so I know your pain.

I love this microwave! The finish is great and it matches my kitchen as well as other appliances. It has features that help heat your food thoroughly and evenly. Cleaning it is very easy without worrying about the finish coming off. There is lots of options you can use for cooking, defrosting, etc. The price was worth it but not too steep compared to some microwaves that do not last long but are costly.
