I was looking for a mic for gaming, and this mic came in clutch, everyone always say I sound so clear or ask what type of mic I’m using, the build quality is pretty solid and sturdy, I 100 percent recommend this mic to anyone that’s needs one for gaming, it’s just straight plug and play

Having spent a decade using a Yeti blackout, this was something of a needed update that, having spent several months tinkering with the settings and having much more to work with, on a surface level alone this was an excellent upgrade; relatively plug and play but has a lot of behind the scenes stuff that can enhance your performance even further. Maybe not with all the bells and whistles of the MV7 and SM7B, but for what I need this does everything and more with excellence.

I've been making commentary for YEARS and live streaming alike. Best microphone hands down for quality when considering a reasonable price. Super crisp.

This right here is a great mic. Comes with a stand and is plug and play so easy to use. Its a dynamic microphone so keepnit clise when speaking in to it. Overall I don't have anything bad to say about it.

I’ve been really happy with this Shure mic so far. The audio quality sounds clean and professional, and it’s been a great addition to my streaming setup. I also paired it with a different aftermarket boom arm that I ordered separately, and it worked perfectly with no issues. The setup feels flexible, easy to position, and overall just made my whole setup look and function better. Definitely a solid purchase.

I can safely say that this microphone is a great buy for someone who doesn't want to shell out a lot of money for an audio setup, but there are also other microphones in the market that you should look out for. Firstly, this is a USB-C only microphone. You don't have the choice to connect via XLR. This is an issue that I have because if I wanted to upgrade from a plug and play to being able to connect it to an audio interface, I'd have to buy a whole different microphone. There are other microphones in the market that has that capability for cheaper. You just don't have the option to upgrade your setup and it is something that is making me want to exchange it for something else. If the USB-C fails, or the port breaks, you have to buy a new microphone which creates for a frustrating experience that I might face later down the line. It is paired with a 3.5mm slot where you can plug in your headset. This is something that I must have on all of my microphones. I enjoy being able to hear the feedback, especially with zero delay. I have a little complaint that the aux is very easy to disconnect, and seems as if it just slides out of the slot sometimes, after a few days of use. Another issue is when you're on Discord. This microphone is advertised as a plug and play, as well as made for games and streaming. When I'm streaming to my friends on Discord, they noticed that my microphone kept popping when my voice would hit a certain frequency. If I get a little loud I believe-- which generated a frustrating experience for me as well. I disabled every single post processing filter on Discord and after a day, they said they couldn't hear it anymore. With the cons out of the way, it is a very clear microphone. It's satisfying to hear myself and it's warm. The software is pretty simple once you get the hang of it, though be advised that the program can destroy your ears if you choose one wrong option, so it's best to keep your headphones off just in case when fin nicking around with it. For the casual consumer who just wants a high quality plug and play microphone, this is one that, without a doubt, will last you many years, as well as give you that studio grade quality. The price is justifiable.

This microphone has really good sound quality I use it with audacity which works well not bad for the price

The computer is able to accurately understand what I say. I asked Copilot what mic I should use for verbal input, and it recommended an obscure mic and an expensive mic. I bought this one because of Shure’s reputation. It works well. One problem is that it picks up the tv conversations in the background. I mute the tv to prevent the mic from picking up tv interference.

My friends love it and they think I sound fantastic on it.
