Simpli Home - Warm Shaker 72W Low TV Stand with Drawers, Doors and Cubbies - Distressed Gray

We received the item and upon unpacking we found the bottom piece to be cracked. We called Simpli Home and got in touch after 3 phone calls. Could barely understand the service rep. To replace the cracked bottom, we have to open an account on the Simpli Home website, provide pictures of the crack, provide the receipt, and then submit a damage form. Needless to say, we decided to repair the crack ourselves and move forward. Got it assembled 5 1/2 hours later. Too many parts for self-assembly. It is a very average piece of furniture. The center legs are easily damaged if not careful, and overall, the piece is not level. I gave it a 3star because it does indeed look good. If we had to do it again, we would buy a solid furniture piece from a furniture store and have it delivered.

Very well made . Finish is excellent . Ordered online had shipped to house . Box is heavy so you will need two people to bring inside house . Instructions easy to follow, will take some tome to put together. Final product is great . Lots of storage , and room for my equipment . If you have lots of audio video equipment this is not for you ( 7 to 10 pieces) .

Very pleased with quality and looks, but assembly was a little tricky. Two pieces were mislabeled (L vs R) and back covering pieces were too big for the areas where they were supposed to fit, so some overlap but not noticeable from front when assembled. Overall a very good piece for comparatively good price point.

Beautiful console with good variety of drawers and cabinets. It did take extended time to assemble. Cos was high considering the need to assemble yourself.

The first 1 that was shipped was damaged so I brought it back and bestbuy shipped me a new one. I love it. It has alot of room and matches my furniture perfectly and is also very sturdy.
