This would have been a 5 star review if it had the biometric access as it says in the title description. After installing the lock and setting it up I noticed there's no fingerprint scanner. Pretty bummed about that since it's one of the main features I was looking forward to trying. Otherwise it's easy to install, setup, and use.

Im really enjoying the convenience and ease of use. I like that everyone has their own personalize code. Ww have 6 so far.

I replace a Nest+Yale keyless entry lock with the Eufy and am completely satisfied. The Eufy seems to work consistently better and has the added feature of a key entry should something go wrong.

Works perfectly and has all the smart lock features

Installation was pretty easy, basic tools and clear instructions. App was easy to install and manage user access. Google Home integration was not as easy, as I had to add the device 3 different times. But the MAJOR complaint is the fact the backup key lock is a PROPRIETARY key and cylinder. You can't just get a duplicate key made, as the key is actually a mashup of Kwikset and Schlage. And you can't just replace the cylinder as it's diameter is about 2mm less than a standard deadbolt cylinder. The rest of the features out weigh this "1st world complaint", but would have been nice to know up-front, as I would have researched other products. Originally purchased 3, but returned the other 2 because of this problem.

Pros: Great looking, easy to install and setup, access key management features are very good. Cons: Takes long to manually lock. Cannot set a key which is enabled once a month. The product title is misleading because it has no biometric features. Cannot set auto lock and unlock based on my vicinity which is a general issue with Alexa compatible locks. SmartThings allows you to lock and unlock based on your location but this lock is not supported. Overall: Great smart lock for this price.

Great smart lock. Works perfect. Easy setup. App friendly.

This door lock does just what I need. I can unlock from the app, or with a code. If the battery dies I can use a key. Installation was easy, had 2 of these up and running in under 30 minutes. If you don’t care for the fingerprint then this is the one for you. Last thing, careful when tightening the metal plate on the inside part of the door, overtightening can bend it, seen it happen before.

we replaced an old door lock that had been giving us trouble with our keys when we tried to insert them into the lock with this lock. The setup of this Eufy lock was extremely simple. Took only about 15-20 minutes and has been great. no negatives.

At first, we were struggling to use the app, it keeps disconnecting. After several attempts, it’s finally working. The product is great. It notifies me if the door is open or closed. I’m not sure if it’s my internet but sometimes it takes few seconds to close it especially if you’re a little far from the door.

I bought the C210 Eufy smartlock, it’s very well packaged, nice looking very good quality. It’s very easy to install and I like the app via wifi.. Price is right as well compared to other locks that failed me in past. Way to go Eufy

I am no handyman, but even I managed to install this in about 30 minutes. Easy install and works great. Wish I had installed it years ago.

We have been using these on 3 different doors and they have been great! We have them set to automatically lock at a specific time each night so no more having to check doors or remember to lock. Batteries have lasted a long time as well

This smart lock has been such an amazing piece of mind for our entire household, I wonder how did we ever live without it. Setting it up was super easy with very clear instructions. It works great with long battery life, no jamming issues even in harsh wintry conditions. The feature where each person can set their own access code is also very convenient.

Works great for my garage door, very easy to install as well.
