The item was fine as far as I know. They were suppose to come out an install it. I waited all day because the time frame was set to 0700 am to 7pm. NO call no text nothing a wasted day for me with no work. Can't call the local store they have no direct phone number to reschedule. Going through your call center is a joke. This two items will be the last I purchase from you. This is not the first time this has happened. I ask for a install and to bring the item with them to install. then they want to deliver it a week before the supposed install and charge me a $80 to $90 delivery. I'm done after I det this one installed if I ever do.
