First of all, be aware that the 1-star reviews are because previous packaging for the 2023 iPad Pro case led people to think it fit the M4 Pro but didn’t. In Oct 2024 this an updated case that *does* fit the ipad Pro M4 and the packaging properly indicates 2024 version on it. I’m a Speck fan and have used their cases exclusively for my iPhones for many years. I chose this case for my iPad over a couple of other brands for its slim form and light weight. It gives good protection all the way around, rather than leaving the metal edges of the iPad exposed. The snap tab closure works well and the magnet holds my pencil in place very well. Sleep/wake works great. A major complaint however is that with this color, the purple with light gray interior, it leaves a nasty film of dusty residue all over the iPad glass which is very difficult to remove. See picture. I hope this film is not damaging my glass. I have had to use optical lens cleaner and soft cloth rubbing quite hard multiple sprays to remove the residue. It’s very annoying. I wonder if the black version of this case which has a black interior might be a better choice or if it just leaves a black dusty residue. When you’re putting a case on an item that cost over $1000, famous for its vibrant brilliant screen, you shouldn’t have have to deal with the case dirtying and obscuring the screen. Speck, please do better. Another con is that the stand usn’t very good at staying in tented position, it flops down with any movement.

Great build quality and simple to use. I love the camera cover and the loop for the pencil. This is the only brand I would use and several of my colleagues ended up getting it as well.

Called speck who confirmed they knew of the issue but did not have ny options side from returns to store to offer when orobed about the 30 day / 1 year coverage. An absolute waste of time to now have to go to store to drop this off. Buy the apple cover from apple directly instead. Also adding pics of my last speck purchase, the mistakes in design that led to failure are repeated here.

Look, I'm not going to sit here and tell you this case changed my life. It didn't. But it's been on my iPad Pro for a while now and my iPad is in one piece, so… mission accomplished? It fits well, feels solid, and doesn't make my iPad more bulky than necessary. No complaints there. My only real issue is the stand. I'm someone who likes to prop their iPad up in a bunch of different ways depending on what I'm doing, and this case just doesn't give me a ton of options. A bit limiting. But honestly? If you just want your iPad protected without overthinking it, this does the job. I gave it 4 stars, and I think that's fair — maybe even a little generous. It's not exciting, but it works.

This iPad case is perfect! I like the versatility of its fold for standing at various angles, the case is durable and strong as a protective cover, and the color is attractive.

Feels solid and protective without being bulky. It keeps the screen safe and doubles as a stand that’s easy to adjust for typing or watching videos. I like how it still lets the iPad look sleek while adding real protection. It’s comfortable to hold and gives me peace of mind against drops and scratches.

I love that the back square folds down for the camera. And folds back up to keep it protected. Only thing I would change would it to be rotating so my iPad could be landscape or portrait mode. Other than that, I love it!

This case for my iPad is perfect. Protective, functional, and does not have a slick surface so i won't drop it.

This is my second one of these. The first was for an older model and although the case was still in good shape it wouldn’t fit my new device. I love that it covers and protects the camera when not in use. The color is so pretty. The closure works great. Great product!

Bought this to just protect my Ipad pro. It was a mid-tier priced cover and does it's job to protect my Ipad. There are some things that I don't like... -When standing up on it's side, the weight isnt proportionate enough to keep it in the slot to hold it correctly and slips out sometimes. -There isn't a place for the pencil to be held in place other than it being magnetized to the Ipad. When it's on the Ipad, you have to be careful when opening, so the pencil won't fall. Its ok to get you by, but just spend the money to get something better.
