Malfunctioning water dispenser not even 1 year old

Absolutely disappointed by the quality of this freezer. Not even a year old and already having issues with it. Water dispenser is malfunctioning and it starts to pour water out on its own. 2 times it has flooded my kitchen floors. Today it happened again at night. I am scared it will happen at night or when we are away. Don’t want to replace my new hardwood flooring if this happens again. Please stay away from thermador, it’s expensive and such crappy quality

Pricey but good quality

Pricey but it matches my refrigerator. lots of glass and metal with very little plastic so the quality feels good. Excellent help, advice and service from the folks at my local Best Buy

It will be great once the freezer arrives, I'm sure. Till then, we're waiting and waiting like most people who bought Thermador and believed their assurances.
