Product was fine, functions as expected. However, Best Buy is fully incapable of installing a refrigerator that is supposed to look like furniture. Juan couldn't figure out how to get it in the house, then said it wouldn't fit in the surround, then installed a PANEL-READY frige 2" proud when it should have been 3/4" inset. Further, he told me (with his boss on speaker) that he wasn't allowed to install the panels because it was too complicated. Do yourself a favor, if you want this refrigerator, buy it from somewhere that actually has competent installers. I had to buy an installation from a different vendor just to get someone here that actually knew what they were doing. The pictures show how Best Buy actually left the frige. And they took the install box with them (or never brought it), which is $400 from Thermador. I know because I had to buy one to get it installed.

Looks great inside! ...outside depends on how well your panels are made. Love the hexagon ice cubes. Sometimes the ice falls behind the drawer when you open it, and prevents the drawer from closing all the way.

Spent 14k on this hunk of junk. Took them 4 months to deliver. Then the fridge didnt work!!! Leaked water all over my floors. Ice froze over in the drawers and drawers wont close. Fridge not that cold. 5 months later and still waiting for this to be exchanged and solved. No products in stock!!! Don’t waste your money, time or sanilty on this garbage. Floors ruined, no fridge and out 14k while i wait.
