OK item is a reman unit... But it came very well packaged, all items included, what I like about the unit is that you can't tell that it was a reman product... It clean and performs just like the new one in the box only difference is the price and I am totally happy with the saving

We understand how frustrating it must be to see noticeable streaks on the floor after drying, and to have the machine stop very quickly due to the small water container. We want to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously and will use it to continuously improve our products and services.
Based on your description, the machine did not clean at all — the first pass seemed good, but after drying, the streaks were very noticeable. Additionally, the machine stops very quickly because the water container is small.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
