I bought this as a replacement for one that didn't even last a year. I wish I would have bought this one first! It looks better, sounds better, it's just easier to use.

I had a minor issue and called and got it fixed immediately.

I first purchased this item in May of this year and 5 months later the picture turned green. I took it back to Best Buy and they shipped it to the Service Center and it was determined that it couldn't be fixed. I purchased the same TV and I haven't had it a full month and once again it's green. I will be returning this TV and I will not purchase this TV for the third time. It's no wonder why it was so cheap! DO NOT buy this TV. Please add a few more dollars and get you something worthy!!

Wanted a small TV to use as a computer monitor and to watch regular programming in my home office. Tried a 720p vizio and a 1080p vizio smart tv. Kept each a couple of weeks. The 720p was just OK but poor picture quality and seemed cheap. The smart vizio was really bad. Terrible motion blur. Football games seemed like I was watching an old hand-held camera recording. Then tried samsung j4000. Very disappointing, poor color and terrible sound. Finally bought the Toshiba 720p for $129 at Best Buy. Good color and picture and the sound was much better than the other 3 I tried. Still some motion blur with live sports but ok for 60hz. Viewing angle is very narrow but since it's just for me I don't care. All in all a good buy.

I got this on a Black Friday sale and I don’t regret it a single second. The picture is very good for what it is, and the antenna reception is perfect. I’ve had no issues so far getting any local channels. It’s easy to learn where all the options and settings are, and the set up for the TV was extremely easy. This TV paired with a Roku Box is the perfect combo! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the volume adjusts sometimes without me even touching the remote, so if I’m in another part of the house doing chores or something it’s a bit hard to hear the background noise.

I got this on sale for $99 dollars. I wanted a 32 inch TV for my bedroom. This fits the bill perfectly. For this price range this TV really has a great picture. The sound is not bad at all. I also have it attached to an Insignia soundbar when I want to crank a little more. For just nighttime watching the internal speakers are fine. I love that this TV has multiple options for audio output. It has composite outputs (input), a 3.5mm output, and has an optical output. It also has a sleep timer which is a must have for a bedroom TV. It has many picture modes which is great. But more importantly, it has an option so you can create a custom picture mode. That is also a must for me as I can really dim the brightness for bedtime watching. I've had it a month now and I'm completely satisfied up to this point. Reliability will be determined over time. I highly recommend this at this time.

I purchased the 32" Toshiba LED 720p HDTV for my bedroom. In addition to using it as my second Dish Network TV, I have connected a laptop computer, using an HDMI cable. I like the variety of input and output connections. The picture and sound are good for such a basic TV; however, I wish Toshiba offered a 1080p 32" TV. The picture quality is just a little less than what I would have liked. I added an LG SH3K soundbar with subwoofer. Though the sound from the TV was fine, I wanted a more robust sound with plenty of base. This set up works great. I can watch TV from Dish Network or use my laptop to listen to music or stream videos from the internet. And I like using the larger 32" screen when I work on the computer instead of using the small laptop screen. I prefer this combination over buying a smart TV.

I purchased this tv to replace an older model. It has a beautiful, clear picture and is the perfect size for a bedroom. Very easy to connect to cable or streaming device.

Picked this up on sale for my nephew's college dorm room. Doesn't take up much space, nice picture and couple of HDMI inputs. I have had a Toshiba 23" 1080p TV in one of the rooms in my house for a few years with no issues.

I've had it for only a few weeks now; good so far. Basic features. Easy setup. The remote skips over channels randomly & the legs not very sturdy, but okay for the price.

Bought this tv for my sister and she was ecstatic about the nice size and very good quality picture. Easy set up with easy to use remote. Good buy for the price

Needed something basic after replacing an older tube tv. I did not want to spend a lot of money and this made the most sense. It's not smart which is what I wanted and does the job. I really like how thin it is and is very easy to move around and position.

Bought this for a very small area that needed a good unit without taking much space or all the bells and whistles of a smart TV. With only a 32 inch screen full HD was really not needed. Great picture and easy set up. I think it's a really great value for the price if you need something small and simple. From opening the box to having it set up was about 10 minutes.

These were bought for my daughter's cabin and they are perfect. They work well, are not too large, but yet big enough. Great price, good picture and does exactly what was wanted.

The television was easy to setup and use. The picture quality is very good and the colors are vibrant. Sound is also of good quality.

If you are looking for a 32 inch TV without a Smart TV function, this is a great choice. It has a great picture and great sound. If you are in to adjusting/tweaking the picture and/or sound, lots of settings to work with to get what you want. There are 2 HDMI ports and 1 old style composite port for hooking up an older device. Has a good sized remote which is comfortable and easy to use. Also, the TV weighs less than 10 lbs if you need to move it around from room to room.

I went for an open box special, but the little secret is I don't think the box was ever opened. Probably too many in inventory, so put them in clearance. And higher resolution / definition are coming out. UNDER $100 for a 32" 720p HD. Quality is amazing! I have lots of respect for Toshiba. Like SONY, they build everything with care. I would have bought a Samsung if the price came below $139, but since it never did, I have a great TV for a couple of years.

This TV is exactly what I needed. The 32" is the perfect size for my bedroom. It replaced another brand that was fried during a power outage. Set up was easy but I had a little trouble with attaching the feet to the body of the tv. But worked thru that. I have a kitten who liked to jump on top of the tv and caused the tv to fall over because it's light weight. After I duct taped the feet of the tv (no, not the cat) to the table it solved the problem.

Nice clear picture. No lag, great color. Lightweight as are most of the newer TVs.

I bought this TV for my grandma because she just really wanted something to watch the news on. Works great out of the box and it isn’t an arguably complicated user interface like the other models on the market. It is a breeze for my grandma to use. The price was also good, so I did not have to think it over too much before heading into the store to pick it up.
