This has been the worst experience. I got the phone and ordered a Mint mobile sim card. The phone wouldn't work and its status was sim unavailable phone locked. I called mint mobile who told me to call bwsr buy, best buy says to go to the store to unlock it. I go to the store and they say they can't unlock it, the provider has to unlock. I ended up returning the phone and get a Verizon phone and plan. This phone is very difficult to set up unless otherwise its a $40 papper weight. Do Not Buy not worth it.

Phone is not new. Am I supposed to know that a phone of moderate quality priced inexpensively with grammatical errors in the title from a well known retailer is more than likely of an unknown condition, or that a well known retailer would be the place to filter such items before offering to customers?
