When our old LAN switch was dying we needed a replacement in a hurry. This arrived on the date scheduled and was easy to install. I can't give it five stars because the old switch worked for over five years (and is no longer available), but this one has been in service about a month

TP-Link - 16-Port 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet Switch works great. Simple plug and play. No issues at all. Has plenty of ports for our small home network. No cons.

I needed an inexpensive switch for appliance upgrades, and since most are rack-mounted with 220V power in the rack, I wanted a switch that could use both 110V and 220V. This one has worked well for me so far.

Bought to replace two older 8-port gigabit switches that I suspected were slowing down my gigabit FiOS service. Problem solved with this 16-port TP-Link unit - speeds now consistently at least 50% better than with the old setup. Solidly built, all-metal device that is fairly compact. Highly recommended.

I was dubious when I saw the price, but for a network with 4 networked printers and 5 computers and several network connected entertainment devices I think it's a good value.

Works good, but have to run it didnt than we thought. And if the internet goes about it takes a good while to reboot and the internet to work again. But other than that it is great.
