I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have been very satisfied with it, The only thing that weas a little confusing was making sure I clicked to use the desktop version instead of the app.

Download and installation is painless. Like all previous versions, it's very easy to use, both in the Q&A mode and the Forms mode. It's impossible to evaluate the accuracy of the product because I haven't filed yet, but have used previous editions for many, many years and never had a problem. They seem to be continually updating as the tax code rolls out, and if a function isn't yet available, the program says that unambiguously and will notify the user when it's ready.

I have used TurboTax for more than 25 years to do my taxes and, often, those for other family and friends. I have successfully downloaded the software and transferred the returns from last year. 1099s and other income statements have been sent out yet so I haven't completed any returns but I expect it to be as efficient as in years past.

Best Buy is very helpful when we go to purchase Turbo Tax. They walk us through the procedure of how it works. Its different now without the disc and they give us all the info we need. Marcus was extremely nice and helpful and we appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

The program worked very well. I still like the disc better.

This years Turbo Tax has to be used with Windows 11 to be able to use it and keep a .Taxfile copy on your computer. You can only download a PDF file for your record the rest is in the "cloud". You are able to file both federal and state at no extra charge

I have used TurboTax for at least 12 years. I find it easy to use and I can finish my taxes in one day. I trust this software and have never had to worry about being audited.

Like previous years, I purchased a downloadable Turbo Tax system. The salesman was very helpful with my transaction and made me feel good.

The Best Buy in Riverdale has an awesome employee in the computer area. I was so impressed with his help I reached out to the store manager. The manager said he has many customers who come back and gets so many compliments and wish he could find like him. I don’t recall his name and look him in the computer section of the store.

Turbo tax deluxe is my go to tax software. I have tried several competitors software over the years and find Turbo Tax more intuitive to use. Highly recommend

I have no problems using the downloadable version. I still miss the dvd though. Good that it works with Mac OS and windows.
