Product works well and has been reliable year after year. I’ve been using TurboTax for years and the process is always straightforward and easy to follow. It helps simplify filing taxes and saves time.

Sure miss the days of getting physical media for this software, but time marches on. Was a little perturbed that I wasn’t informed this version won’t run on Win10 until after I bought it - guess I’ll be upgrading my desktop since it won’t handle v11.

Very easy setup. Nice colors on various movies and series. Sound is good but not exceptional. Light weight. Remote control is cheaply made and the stand is not overly stable. Internet connection works well.

The IRS has not yet finalized all of the filing forms for the 20205 tax year so it's too early to file taxes. Since I have not yet opened the software, it is too early to properly review it. Valid reviews of a product should not be requested for at least a month or two after purchase since many times items are purchased as a spare or replacement and are not used for months after purchase. Also a product purchased may work just fine for a few weeks and then fail. It almost feels like companies want a review within a few days of purchase to get aa good review before the product is used long enough to find out it does not hold up for very long.

It was relatively easy to download and obtain updates. It guided me step by step for each question. It reviewed my taxes after I finished for errors & Assisted me in correcting them.

As always, TurboTax Premier did exactly what I needed to easily get my 2025 Income Tax completed correctly and filed on time for a reasonable price

To many times I had to enter my user name and password to get it to run.

A good product, but I wish it was still available on CD

personal tax it was great, but cost is to high almost what they charge for getting them done for you.

Still a good product for doing one’s own taxes, however prefer the disc application over the current digital download. Had to call Intuit for assistance in pulling in data from previous year’s tax return on a MacBook.

Good product, easy to use, simple to download. Have use for years

TurboTax will calculate your taxes but is no longer keeping you fully posted on when the return will arrive or if the return is rejected.

For me, this is the best tax product on the market. The program walks you through every scenario or allows you to select the topics individually. It transfers data from the prior year and in many cases, imports your W2. The only caveat is that when you file, it wants you to let your refund go through them, which costs an extra $40. Don't do it. Let it come directly from the government to you account for free. My federal and state taxes were done in less than 2 hours.

Easy to use software- download went smooth- but I miss having the CD. I am using the online version for the first time-so far so good

Turbo tax is fast, easy and has great support for every tax question I've ever had. We've been using it for several years.

Have been using this for years! Great and easy to use. Hard to switch to anything else.

It works. But (among other frustrating things) the menus don't let you rename your 1099-B information after you've created it.

works great. I purchases the Premier version and it helped me with 401k questions.
