So thankful that Best Buy was able to determine what battery was needed for my landline handset, which ATT&T was unable to replace. It took a LOT of effort to find out which bettery was needed. ALL THANKS TO "LA", the employee who persisted until finding the solutiion. Phone works great. Huge relief.

I replaced a 800mah hour battery with this 750mah battery and it works perfectly with the exception that it is slightly smaller and has to be wrapped in some plastic so that it does not move around in my cordless phone.

It fit and It works for our model portable phone. .

The batteries are great- exactly like the original ones that my phone used

I had to return this battery because it did not fit my phone.

I have made 3 trips to the Best Buy Store - each time having an associates help in attempting to find the correct replacement battery for my AT&T cordless phone - which was also purchased at Best Buy. The battery is not stocked, had to be special ordered and payed for in advance and then waite 5-10 days for it to arrive at the store and then be emailed to come pick it up. So now (6) trips later -- 3 trips to order/purchase and 3 more trips to come back and pick it up I still have to return this battery because it """"STILL DOESN'T FIT THE PHONE HANDSET"""""! I give up..............either the associate can't figure out the right battery to order.....because the exact battery I brought in from the phone isn't available.....or this just isn't meant to happen. My only option now is to buy new phones for the house. I need a landline for medical reasons and the cell phone isn't always reliable.

This battery was close to empty when I received it. I would like the battery replaced with one fully charged. I have been a customer of the Bethesda Best Buy and have never had anything but excellent products and service. Batteries should be tested before sale.

Looked in store, but had to buy on-line. Tight fit but works fine.

Works great. Charges fast. Fits just like it is supposed to.
