We're going to skip the small annoyances and go straight to the important stuff. The mounting hardware simply does not work, and supplying your own doesn't overcome the design flaws. This will damage your wall, the anchors are not adequate for drywall mounting, the screws are too soft and strip easily, making them useless to mount to a stud, and there is simply no good way to use this already cheap and difficult to mount slop. Better yet, buyer beware that this a a marketplace item. This means that you don't get to deal with BestBuy's usually excellent customer service staff, you get to deal with someone who doesn't care and is just borrowing BestBuy's reputation. BestBuy, do better at vetting what you allow on your market unless you're looking to take a reputational hit for thee third parties.
