Customer Ratings & Reviews

[Employee of bestbuy] The tablet itself is a very light table and made of plastic, the screen is decent resolution, and the refresh is just enough. The quality is there, the tablet and drivers work great when they are installed right and are running properly. The biggest issues I have had were the driver, and connections. On a PC, that does not have usb-c lightning or usb-c displayport you need the adapter from wacom as well located in my second picture for it to work, plug one end into the usb on the motherboard and the other to the hdmi output on the gpu/graphic card. It is called " Wacom One 3 in 1 cable " you will have to order from Wacom, it is like 50 bucks and will necessary to use the screen as a display, without it the screen act like a large touchpad mouse on PC. Most laptops don't have this issue if they have c-ports. After that the drivers installed and worked properly, and the tablet has been amazing at drawing and being used just a touch screen for my pc

Real talk — the Wacom One is just clean. Super smooth to draw on, pressure sensitivity feels natural, and it’s got that paper-like texture that makes sketching actually fun. Plugged it in, and it was ready to roll in minutes. Great for beginners or even if you just wanna zone out and doodle. Been using it for digital art and notes, and it hasn’t missed a beat. No regrets, just vibes.

Perfect travel size and much less wiring than the wacom pro 16" I currently have, it's smooth to draw on and does not crash like my old one did. It captures the details perfectly without being too overdone. Attached my latest art commission as an example of the quality art it allowed me to put out in a 3 to 5 day turnaround. Seriously a great purchase!

I'm thrilled with this tablet's performance, especially in Lightroom and Photoshop. The included pen works seamlessly, eliminating the need for a mouse or trackpad. Its functionality has exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to utilizing it for years.

I just needed a small and relatively portable drawing tablet and this fit really well so far! I love how quick and easy the set up for the display was and so far no hiccups connecting whatsoever. The pen accuracy is great no complaints! The only thing is it’s a pretty small display so inherently the resolution of the screen so fine so at times I have to look at the monitor to get a better idea on the actual resolution. But thats the nature of buying a smaller tablet. Highly recommend if looking for a portable and budget friendly tablet!

This is a great tool to use if you need to sign documents electronically using a stylist. The stylist is very accurate and works well with most in King based applications. The screen is a bit small however for the purposes of what I need, it’s more than adequate. It’s nice that I can connect this directly to my PC using USB-C display port mode, which allows me to use this device as a smaller second monitor. I also appreciate how the pen doesn’t require batteries

This has been one of my most expensive headaches to date. It doesn't come with what you need to get started, and the instructions are clipart pictures with no words so if you like charades you'll have a blast. The cords it comes with are not what you need to get started on a PC, as the USB-C does not assist in actually producing a picture on the screen unless your port is capable of producing picture (Thanks google!). So if you like purchasing MORE merchandise after the fact, you'll be in love. It is currently the most expensive mouse/mouse pad combo on my desk. 'No Signal' is burned into my eyeballs. I'd get more joy and versatility out of an Ipad & pencil, which I absolutely do not want. Wacom was a brand I thought I could trust (previously owned a non-display version years ago), but I learned from countless hours googling and troubleshooting that this is apparently a *CONSISTENT* issue, and I should've avoided at ALL COSTS.

"The performance of this device is flawless; the pen-on-screen experience feels exactly like writing on paper. However, I’ve run into a frustrating compatibility issue. While it works perfectly with my laptop, I cannot connect it to my desktop because my PC lacks a USB-C port. It’s a fantastic tool, but the limited connection options are a major drawback for those with older hardware."

Tablet works exactly as expected, however at this price point I believe it should include a built-in stand. Otherwise, I have no complaints about it so far.

The only reason this is a 4-star review is that I couldn't get it to connect to my laptop. It uses a USB-C cable, and my Lenovo doesn't have that. The size and display were great, but it would have been really helpful if it could connect with Bluetooth or had different ways to connect to a computer/laptop. Never really got to use it and it's really expensive for something that won't connect to most laptops.

It works as intended - but the cord that comes with it isn't compatible with my PC. It works with my laptop, but my PC is the one I primarily use for art so it's a bit disappointing. It will connect to my PC but the screen won't work. You'll most likely need to purchase a Wacom cord separately for another $50 or so dollars. Great tablet, just wish the cord was compatible. It's not my PC port either because that slot works perfectly fine with other cords.

Read product specifications carefully, and then look up your motherboard and specifically the USC video-out capabilities. I did my research as thoroughly as I could, but I still somehow missed that my USB c port does not support video. For the price, this device should come with the adapter. Alternatively, the adapter's price should be 1/3 of what it is listed as. My son has a non-working device on christmas. Ultimately my responsibility, but I believe I went further than anyone should have to in my research, and still ended up with a device that doesn't work.

My Wacom one started acting up so I tried to use my warranty and it came to find out my model of the Wacom one was no longer sold so I had to get a gift card. This was the replacement model. For the price, it’s terrible because for the price of the previous model I was able to get 13 inches but for near the same price I could only get the 12 in and that makes a huge difference in terms of real estate. Then they changed the wires to usbc which would be cool… if my computer was actually compatible with it. So ended up having to return it and go for the cintiq and pay a difference of 270 to get a Wacom model that will actually work with my computer.

For what it can do its amazing. The product is great way to introduce digital art to young minds. And great beginner tool. My daughter loves her

It’s a gorgeous device, but haven’t been able to use it at all since I now have to wait on the $60 adapter cord from Wacom. My Best Buy did not have one readily available, which is quite unfortunate considering the pricetag on the tablet itself. Take this warning & others like it seriously- lest you be disappointed like me!

I was needing something portablento work on 3d work and the asus pro art px 13 works well and need a tablet this is the same size as that laptop and uses usb c power from the laptop. If you want. Just one cable and go. Has pressure sensitivity.

For beginning - mid level, I love this product and for the fact it’s able to even capable for touch sensitivity amazes me. The only thing is complain about is the resolution. So I’m not sure how good it’d be for the advanced artists out there If wondering. I use Adobe Photoshop since I use it already for other projects.

I absolutely loved this product! It was even better than I expected. Great quality, amazing results, and totally worth it. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

I bought this drawing tablet for my daughter that recently graduated from high school and now attends a Art Academy. She loves it. I recommend it to anyone!!

I got this to use with Photoshop and it’s great. I did have to get the special $50 cord for it to work with my computer, even though I have the USB port. It works well and is way better for drawing than my mouse!
