Had a previous folding treadmill that served it's purpose but was not nearly as useful as this one. Because it folds in half when stored it has a longer and wider running surface than my previous one but takes up less space when stored. It also has a 25% higher MPH than my previous one so when I want to do some moderate interval or tempo training I'm not forced to head outdoors and brave the cold. The built-in controls and display aren't fancy but they're effective and easy to use. The phone app extends the functionality and can be used load pre-built or custom workouts. Can speak of the longterm durability yet, but it's look, feel and sturdiness are much better than my previous one.
