Super fast start up time and super fast load times for games. I have this for my gaming system and it was expensive but my happiness is priceless. Great for a boot drive. HDD and SDD are outdated. These are the future.

The new NVMe drive from WD made mu new PC even faster. I love it!

Much faster than my previous budget Inland 250gb NVMe SSD that I got from Amazon. My system feels noticeably "snappier" when opening applications and files (mostly Adobe Creative Cloud apps and files). I bought this because my 250gb wasn't cutting in terms of space for all my design and development programs. And all the Adobe apps started complaining about running out of space for scratch disks. I could've just bought a regular Sata SSD for a scratch disk, but NVMe's are now very affordable. This one is very comparable to the Samsung 960, cheaper in price and just ever so slightly slower. But seriously look at my screenshot. It still blazing fast. Running a Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.7, 16gb 2133 (oc to 2933), GA-AB350M-DS3H mobo with latest BIOS update.

The drive is a great upgrade. It’s great quality but maybe a little smaller than most people should buy now with prices coming down to a more affordable rate.

Super fast boot times!!! It literally takes seconds from pushing the start button to start using windows and on games, it’s a game changer!! Highly recommend nvme ssd for your boot drive.

The SN750 was extremely easy to install on my MSI motherboard, even with my big RTX graphics card attached (one of my PCIE slots is directly below graphics card). Once this was installed, I just had to configure and allocate the type of storage it was being used for, and it was up and running. I have a game or two installed on it at the moment and do not recognize any crazy speed difference, as my PC is already running a TB of SATA storage.

Great M.2 to have your Operating system & other small files on. Helps boot your device up very quickly! This is the 4th time I’ve purchased this item for different PC builds.

Comparable to an ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro. I had a SX8200 non-pro and it failed after ~2.5 years, instead of getting the Pro I switched brands. Only had it for a couple weeks but I've been pretty happy with it so far.
Great internal hd for newer computers. Fast boot times.

Pretty fast. The speeds listed are true. For a PCIe x4 M.2 it’s pretty solid, though still not as fast as my Samsung EVO PLUS or EVO NVMe’s. For the capacity though, got a great deal. Although I couldn’t get it to run well with RST I added a cache partition and got the speeds up to 12GB/s read, 24 GB/s write. It’s running a bit slower now that it’s full but on my config it still gets 5.3GB/s R 9.9GB/s W with only 500MB free. — I actually was checking my config while writing this review and found my L2 cache was offline. But then again, most people won’t reach these speeds.

An absolute buy! Replaced my 256gb ssd that came with my pc with this 500gb WD Black ssd! Went from 13 seconds to boot up to 6 seconds and everything is much faster. Do yourself a favor and save some money and get this over the more expensive competition trust me there is not much difference.

I built a gaming rig with a 256gb m.2 sata drive but quickly realized that with Call Of Duty approaching 200gbs I needed more storage. I purchased this with the intent of keeping my build clean and fast to which this did. The plus was it was on sale so it made it a much better bargain at around $70.

For anyone that has a computer that has an NVME slot, these are a must have! The WD performs on par with others though the 4K reads a down from my Samsung SSD a little but not noticeable in terms of real world performance. Overall, seems like a solid drive and would recommend!

Great m.2. Got it on sale, using it in a asus strix arion which is a external enclosure for m.2 drives. With all the video and pictures everything transfer quick. Only down side is no m.2 screw so make sure to have one.

I observed some high disk activity around the times I experienced some frame drops while running some games. I looked into replacing my SSD, and this was on sale. This SSD has solved the specific frame dropping issue I had been experiencing.
