Due to a website glitch, I accidentally purchased two of these. I contacted Best Buy and was told by their agents via live chat and over the phone that I needed to download it in order for them to process the return. This seemed odd to me so I confirmed and was told again, to download it. I also asked them to add a note to my account (which I later found out they did not do). After listening to their instructions to download, the next issue came when the code didn’t show as active on their end. So then I was told I had no other choice but to call back later once the system updated. This was after an hour on the phone with them. So several days later, I called back in. After being placed on hold and transferred I was eventually told they couldn’t issue digital products. Also, there was nothing they could do about the activated code. This was after spending another hour on the phone talking to multiple agents as well as a supervisor. I was told to call webroot to see if they could deactivate the code (given the wrong number too. I had to go back and look it up). All I was able to save to document that they told me to download it was a chat convo I had with customer service which I’ve attached for reference. Save yourself the money and waste of time and don’t purchase digital products from Best Buy since it’s non-refundable. I also have zero confidence in the customer service people since they provided me with conflicting information.

Webroot Antivirus Protection and Internet Security is exactly what I was looking for to protect my computers. It's very reasonably priced, able to be used on multiple devices, and works silently in the background like it's supposed to do.

I have used Webroot for years. It is easy to use and is very reliable. I think I only had one time when a virus was not caught but otherwise, I feel safe browsing with Webroot protecting my computers.

I had to install antivirus on Windows 7 Pro. Works so well. Small hick cup on install, that required disable file in Safe Mode. After doing so, the install was successful, and has worked flawlessly. The thing I like the most is that it does not slow down my computer even on boot up. Top rated, and just works.

Been using Webroot for about 4 years now and once installed you don't even notice it there. Doesn't seem to put a large load on my PC like some others appeared to. I really like it's capability to use on different platforms so I have it installed on a Windows PC, an IOS phone, and a couple of Android phones. Webroot installed without a single issue on all devices and platforms so for that I am definitely giving it 5 stars. Have already renewed this once and will again in two years. I recommend to seriously consider Webroot when shopping for protection.

This security software appears to be very good. I've had no security issues on my computers. According to the webroot reports, it hasn't found any problems in the years I have been using it. But... I had difficulty with the "renewal" process and it got a little confusing about where to purchase it, via Best Buy or directly from the webroot website. According to webroot, they are different products. And, webroot customer service mislead me about what features were available on which product.

Until I downloaded Webroot I had tried several other name brand Antivirus programs. Three of my computers were compromised and two were repaired at great expense the third we had to trash. The last one we had to repair took to Best Buy and it was not only repaired but since they installed Webroot I have not been back for repairs for about 5 or 6 years now. Putting all our devices on Webroot.

Great product, Does exactly what it says it's going to do. Easy install. Good to know my computer is protected from viruses and malware. Would recommend to anyone looking for great protection.

very good antivirus very strong very safe for your computer, it does not let any virus in, very reliable for all types of pc, I download a lot of content from the internet and my pc is very healthy.

I've been using Webroot Secure Anywhere for years. I bought this version because it included the 2 year subscription and could be used across 6 devices. I recently replaced my desktop with a MacBook Air and it was no problem adding it to my coverage that was already included. Great product!

I've been using Webroot for several years now and honestly no complaints. It is easy to use, and doesn't bug down you computer like other programs out there. I highly recommend it.

If I were more tech savvy I could probably give Webroot a much higher rating. I am giving it the lower rating because of the difficulty installing it on our laptops. I still haven't gotten it installed on our iPhones because it hasn't worked each time I have tried it, so am giving myself a break and not working on it for awhile. I also think that because I am a Geek Squad member I was suppose to get this free rather than paying, but that I need to investigate further. I must say that since I finally got it installed on our laptops, it seems to be doing a great job and not causing any problems that I can detect and fairly easy to navigate.

Easy to install and use. No viruses last year, so I assume it works.

Great for the price. Haven't had any issues with it, except when installing on one of my older HP laptops. At first I couldn't install, called best buy for assistance and the tech was not able to help but after some research I figured it out and installed it without issues.

Webroot Software came on my Computer from Best Buy. But it was only for about 6 months. So, I was comparing anti-virus software when I found this offer. 6 computers for 2 years for $49.95. That doubled everyone else's offer. When the software doesn't like a website, it goes WOOAA, and you close it out. But it also runs checks on your system to alert you of those pesky trackers. (The little rascals!) I am very pleased and will probably up it again in 2026! Highly Recommend...
