After looking at several under the counter (to fill in the old trash compactor space) wine fridge storage units, this one looked like the right choice. Keeps wine held at the correct temperature, holds many bottles but not as many as it says due to bottles being all different sizes now at the 750 ml size. I would recommend this unit, and stays quiet while motor/fan run as well.

This fridge looks very nice in my island. Works well. I've had it for about 6 months. However, the shelfs are hard to pull in and out. Especially once they're full of wine. They get stuck and you have to wiggle them a bit. Also, in order to fit all the bottles, you have to really think about placement and they get to be pretty tightly packed.

Works well, thick bottles prevent the drawers from coming out. It's a bit noisy but small, holds good temp and is a good price.

Extremely pleased with this Whynter. Elegant looking without all the frill. Definitely does the job well. Very quiet when running. No different than the regular refrigerator in the kitchen. Uniform chilling.

I am giving this one a second try. It had an issue so I can to purchase as a replacement. This is the 3rd one I've had to purchase (Thank God for Geek Squad). It may be my last. I will let you know and update if it fails me. It seems like it is overheating the "compressor" or so they said - which was causing the ice to build up inside and not allowing the unit to cool down to the temperature I assigned. Giving this one more chance because it fits PERFECTLY with my kitchen.

I was looking for a compact counter depth wine cooler and found this one. The whynter 32 wine bottle did just that. It looks stylish and its not noisy at all.

Unit is beautiful but after a while it got very loud. I could hear it from other rooms in the house so I finally just unplugged it. Fortunately Best Buy let me return it. The manufacturer wanted me to ship it to them...in California...at my cost.

This is a great little wine cooler but it does make a little noise frequently. Not loud by any stretch and any refrigeration unit will make some noise but I was surprised by how often it appears to spin up/cycle.

Whynter 33 bottle wine refrigerator is perfect for the under counter space we have. It has different cooling options for Red, White, or Sparkling wines. Very happy with this product.

Love having a separate wine fridge. This makes entertaining much better and it's nice to have several ready at all times.

I like the unit and it fits like a glove in my opening.

Hello, my wife and I purchased this fridge from another retailer in January 2016 and now it is no longer cooling. We did like it up until now. I contacted Whynter about the problem. The person I spoke to was more of a receptionist and could only document my problem not provide any help. She took my number and said someone would call back but I never got a return call. A few days later I started getting emails from them asking questions- is it over filled (no), is it dirty (no), are both fans running (yes), is the compressor running (yes). Then they finally sent a message telling me I have to ship it to California (from Pa) for service. The price I was quoted with 2 way shipping was significant thus we will not be having the unit repaired (at our expense). So, we now have a roughly 2.5 year old wine fridge that doesn't work. I understand the warranty is only for 1 year but I thought they might try to help. I will also mention that it’s made in China. Based on our experience I would not recommend this fridge or any other Whynter products since they don’t stand behind their products.

Bought the Whynter BWR-33SD in August 2015. Installed under kitchen counter in a space that exceed the clearance requirements in the owner's manual. Unit was quiet. It's capable of holding about 25 bottles of wine. Worked fine until a week ago when it started having difficulty maintaining the 57 degree temperature setting. Pulled it out from under the cabinet and checked that the cooling coil was clean. Didn't see any indications of refrigerant leak. Put back under counter and over the next couple of days the temperature kept creeping upward. Glad I had the Geek Squad protection plan as the manufacturer's warranty is only good for one year. Took the unit back to my local Best Buy this morning. Received full original price as credit towards a new wine refrigerator. Terrific wine refrigerator for my needs. Disappointed it only lasted 19 months.

Worked for 1 year 11 months and then it didn't. Had a repairman look at it and said there was a freon leak - which would cost $300 to repair. I'll admit I didn't purchase the wtty contract, but I certainly expected an appliance costing north of $500 to last more than 2 years (we have small refrigerators here in our offices that have lasted 5+years). Anyhow, hoping that our family's deliberate and committed loyalty to BestBuy (to support big box retailers and their employees) would be rewarded this one time, I took the wine cooler back to the BB to see if I could get some meaningful discount on a new one. This was not to be the case. Bummer. Jeff Bezos and the behemoth called Amazon will henceforth be receiving all our business.

This unit arrived damaged with the internal glass door cracked. It wasn't the shipper that caused the problem. The outside of the shipping box was free from dents and dings with the cardboard showing no signs of damage. The manufacturer really needs to do a better job of securing the internal metal and wood shelving to keep it from banging around during transport. Failure to do so will easily damage the unit.
