This is a really nice hood BUT the lighting lacks! There are two lights made in the front of the hood and they need to have four. Otherwise, for function and removal or vacuum force, it’s great. A bit loud on high but I’ve not had to use it on high yet. The glass and stainless looks very nice PROBLEM: They way you have to install the duct cover, make sure you are careful in how you “lift” the inside of the duct sleeve. When my contractor did the first install, it scratched all of the stainless and it wasn’t his fault. It’s the way the inside part of the sleeve slides up and out. It scratched. It’s hard to describe but the company did replace the piece and we reinstalled with a lot of care. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT WINDSTER IS AWESOME!!!! THANK YOU TO BRIAN WHO HELPED ME ON THE PHONE. HE WAS GREAT!!!!

Looks very sharp and easy to operate. I like the overhead light which helps while I’m cooking on the stove.

This hood looks great and works well, too. It was installed a little over a year ago and we haven't had any issues with it. I had it installed during our kitchen remodel by guys who do this sort of thing for a living, but I watched the installation and it seemed fairly easy.

Its amazing and strong product but it make a little bit of noise to be honest but it do good job A+

It was a challange to hang because I did not remove a soffit. I had to send the inner piece to a metal shop to be cut down.

Very quiet and modern looking. I love the glass range wood because it's easy to clean.

Love the curved glass and the look of the rangehood. Limited in the features but overall works very well. Installation notes: you have to purchase a duct regardless if you are venting internally or externally. If venting internally, ensure to get the ductless kit. Would have gave 5 stars if the installation process was better (missing items needed to installed as mentioned)

This is so pretty. The only negative is I had to order another chimney, as the one it came with was not long enough to reach my ceiling. This should have been an option, and come with the merchandise.

My wife picked this cause it looked good. I was concerned it wasn’t going to be powerful enough. After having it a few weeks, this hood works pretty well (better than I expected). I recommend this unit.
