Customer Ratings & Reviews

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — “The Ultimate Console Experience” I’ve been using the Xbox Series X for over a year now, and it still feels like a powerhouse. The performance is lightning fast — games load in seconds thanks to the SSD, and the visuals are stunning, especially on a 4K TV. Everything just runs smoother and looks cleaner compared to older Xbox models. I really appreciate how quiet the console is, even when running big games like Starfield or Forza Horizon 5. The Quick Resume feature is a game changer — I can switch between games almost instantly without losing progress. Game Pass is also a huge plus. Having access to hundreds of games, including new releases, for a flat monthly price makes it feel like an incredible value. I’ve discovered a ton of games I probably wouldn’t have bought otherwise. The design is sleek and modern, though it’s a bit bulky if you’re short on space. The controller feels familiar but improved — better grip and smoother triggers make a big difference. Overall, the Xbox Series X is easily the best console I’ve ever owned. It’s powerful, quiet, and future-proof. If you care about performance and convenience, it’s worth every penny.

I've been using the Xbox Series X for several months now, and it has truly transformed my gaming experience. As someone who enjoys a variety of games, from action-packed adventures to expansive open-world titles, this console has exceeded my expectations in every way. Performance and Graphics: The first thing that struck me about the Xbox Series X is its incredible performance. Games like Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption II run flawlessly, with breathtaking graphics and smooth frame rates. The console's ability to deliver stunning 4K visuals with ray tracing and 120 fps makes every gaming session feel immersive and lifelike. The load times are impressively quick, thanks to the high-speed SSD, which means I spend less time waiting and more time playing. Game Selection and Features: One of my favorite aspects of the Xbox Series X is the extensive game library. I’ve been able to dive into Assassin's Creed Valhalla and explore its vast, beautiful world with ease. The backward compatibility feature is a huge plus, allowing me to revisit some of my old favorites from previous Xbox generations with enhanced performance. The Xbox Game Pass has been a game-changer for me. It offers an incredible selection of games, including new releases, which I can access without having to purchase each one individually. This has allowed me to try out games I might not have otherwise considered, broadening my gaming horizons. Design and Usability The design of the Xbox Series X is sleek and modern, fitting seamlessly into my entertainment setup. It operates quietly, even during long gaming sessions, which is a significant improvement over previous consoles I've owned. The controller is comfortable to hold and responsive, enhancing the overall gaming experience. Overall Experience Overall, the Xbox Series X has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. Its powerful performance, extensive game library, and user-friendly features make it a standout console. Whether you're a casual gamer or a dedicated enthusiast, I highly recommend the Xbox Series X for its ability to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience.

The Xbox Series X has completely transformed my gaming experience. From the moment I unboxed it, I was blown away by its sleek, modern design and whisper-quiet performance. Microsoft has truly raised the bar with this console! What sets the Series X apart is its unmatched power and speed. Games load in the blink of an eye thanks to the ultra-fast SSD, and the graphics are absolutely jaw-dropping. Titles like Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 run buttery smooth in 4K, with vibrant colors and lifelike detail that fully immerse you in the action. I also love the Quick Resume feature—it’s a game-changer for multitaskers like me. Switching between games is seamless, and it feels like the Series X is always one step ahead. The backward compatibility is a huge bonus, letting me revisit classic games in improved quality without missing a beat. The controller is another highlight. It’s comfortable, responsive, and has just the right weight. The tactile feel of the textured grip and triggers makes long gaming sessions even more enjoyable. The Xbox ecosystem is better than ever with Game Pass. The value is unparalleled, offering a massive library of games right at your fingertips. It feels like there’s something new to explore every day. If you’re on the fence about upgrading to the Series X, don’t wait—it’s a console built for the future of gaming, and it’s worth every penny. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or a casual player, this system delivers an experience that’s nothing short of spectacular.

I’ve owned my Xbox Series X (1TB) long enough now that the “new console excitement” has worn off, and I feel like I can finally give an honest review instead of the typical “I just unboxed it and it’s amazing!” post. For context, I’m a pretty casual gamer compared to some people, but I still spend way too many late nights playing everything from Call of Duty and Forza to Stardew Valley, Hogwarts Legacy, and whatever my friends convince me to download next. I wanted something that looked great, loaded fast, and wouldn’t make me regret spending the money. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed. Pros 1. The loading speeds completely spoiled me. This is probably the biggest upgrade coming from an older console. Games that used to take forever to load are ready in seconds. Fast travel actually feels… fast. If I accidentally die (which happens more often than I’d like to admit), I’m back in the game almost instantly instead of staring at a loading screen wondering where my life went. Once you get used to this, it’s honestly hard to go back. 2. The graphics are gorgeous without feeling gimmicky. I’m not someone who sits there counting pixels, but the difference is obvious. Games look sharper, lighting feels more realistic, and environments actually make you stop for a second just to look around. Racing games are incredibly smooth, and open-world games feel much more immersive. It isn’t just prettier, it makes everything feel more polished. 3. Quick Resume is one of those features I didn’t think I’d care about… until I used it. Being able to jump between multiple games without waiting for them to restart is surprisingly addictive. I’ll switch from a competitive shooter because I’m getting frustrated, hop into something relaxing for a while, then jump right back where I left off. It sounds like a small thing, but it completely changed how I play. 4. It’s incredibly quiet and reliable. My previous console sounded like it was preparing for takeoff every time I loaded a demanding game. The Series X stays impressively quiet even after hours of gaming. It also doesn’t get nearly as hot as I expected, and I’ve never had any crashes or weird performance issues. It just… works, which is honestly underrated. Cons 1. The internal storage fills up way faster than you’d expect. Yes, it’s marketed as 1TB, but after system files and a handful of modern games, you’ll realize just how enormous game sizes have become. A few Call of Duty updates alone can make you start deleting things. If you like having a big game library installed, you’ll probably end up buying extra storage eventually, and those expansion cards definitely aren’t cheap. 2. The controller still runs on AA batteries. I know this is something Xbox fans defend, but I personally would’ve preferred a rechargeable battery built into the controller like some competitors offer. Buying rechargeable AAs solves the problem, but it still feels like an extra step that shouldn’t really be necessary on a premium console. Final Thoughts After months of using it, I can honestly say I don’t regret buying the Xbox Series X at all. It feels like one of those purchases where you notice the improvements every single time you play, instead of just during the first week. The speed, performance, graphics, and overall experience make gaming feel effortless. Is it perfect? No. The storage situation and battery choice are both valid complaints. But neither one has been enough to outweigh everything this console does exceptionally well. If you’re someone who plays a mix of competitive games, cozy games, racing games, RPGs, or just wants a console that’s going to last for years, I’d absolutely recommend it. It quietly became the piece of tech in my house that gets the most use… and has probably stolen more sleep from me than I’d like to admit.

As an avid gamer, I've been eagerly awaiting the release of the Xbox Series X, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint! From its sleek design to its unparalleled performance, this console is truly a game-changer. First off, let's talk about the design. The Xbox Series X has a modern, minimalist aesthetic that looks great in any entertainment setup. Its compact form factor makes it easy to integrate into my gaming setup without taking up too much space. Plus, the cooling system is incredibly efficient, keeping the console running smoothly even during intense gaming sessions. But the real star of the show is the performance. The Xbox Series X delivers stunning graphics and lightning-fast load times thanks to its powerful hardware. Games look absolutely stunning in 4K resolution, with vibrant colors and lifelike detail that truly immerses you in the gaming experience. And with the addition of features like Quick Resume, I can seamlessly switch between multiple games without missing a beat. The controller is another highlight of the Xbox Series X. It's comfortable to hold for long gaming sessions, and the tactile feedback adds an extra layer of immersion to every game I play. Plus, the integration of features like Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to use with other devices like my PC or smartphone. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Xbox Series X. Whether you're a casual gamer or a hardcore enthusiast, this console offers everything you need and more. It's a true powerhouse that sets the standard for the next generation of gaming. Highly recommended!

The Xbox Series X is hands down the best console I’ve ever owned. From its sleek, modern design to its insane performance, it’s built for gamers who want the ultimate experience. The 4K graphics are stunning—every detail pops, whether you're exploring open worlds or battling online. The 1TB SSD makes load times practically non-existent, so you’re in the action almost instantly. What really sets it apart is Game Pass Ultimate—a huge library of games at your fingertips. Plus, the backward compatibility means I can enjoy classics alongside the newest releases. The console runs whisper-quiet even during intense gaming sessions, and the new controller feels super comfortable for hours of play. Whether you’re a casual gamer or a hardcore player, the Xbox Series X is worth every penny. It’s a next-gen powerhouse that delivers on every front. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the this game console since January, so now I feel like I can write an honest review. Pros: Quick and easy setup! My old Xbox games are still compatible with the new system so are the old Xbox controllers! Load times are a thing of the past. The games are ready to go as soon as I turn on the system. Graphics are very sweet. I have the Xbox connected to my Sony Bravia 4K with a JBL Dolby ATMOS sound bar. Let me tell you what an experience!!! Well until the wife tells me to lower the volume. Again the 4K graphics a buttery smooth. So clear , colors so vibrant. And the 3D spatial sound it produces adds to the experience. Expandable Storage is a welcome feature also. Since these new games take up lots of space the onboard 1TB will quickly fill up. The online service is same as always. I recommend connecting your XBOX via hard wire for a better experience. CONS: Price. It’s pretty steep at $499. But if you can afford it then it’s a very nice multimedia investment. In closing, my kids love it , the wife don’t mind it and I can squeeze a game sometimes then it’s a win win while we wait for the world to open up again.

We recently got the Xbox Series X and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The speed and performance are amazing — everything loads super fast and gameplay feels incredibly smooth. The graphics are beautiful and the console runs very quietly, even during long gaming sessions. We love how easy it is to switch between games, and the storage space is more than enough for our favorites. It’s been a perfect addition to our home and definitely worth every penny. Best Buy made the pickup easy, and the console itself is a beast. The 4K graphics are stunning, and Quick Resume is a game-changer for jumping between titles instantly. 10/10 would recommend for any serious gamer. This thing is silent, fast, and plays everything perfectly. The 1TB of space is great for keeping a solid library ready to go. If you're on the fence, just get it, you won't be disappointed.

I recently bought the Xbox Series X and the experience has been excellent. The console is very fast when starting games and switching between applications. The graphics look amazing and the performance is very smooth, especially in optimized games. I was also surprised at how quiet it is even during long sessions. Integration with Game Pass is a big plus because I can try many games without having to buy them one by one. The storage is good and the option to expand it makes it even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase. Totally worth the investment.

Definitely worth the 4 attempts and long waits. Once I did manage to get an order in, Best Buy managed to have it ready for pick up within a week, and actually had it ready a day early. Opened it up on Christmas Day, and the graphics, loading speed, performance, and features like quick resume have made gaming loads of fun. Set up was incredibly easy too and the user interface is familiar. Not too many changes on paper, but they added up and it is significantly better than my One X. 100/10 would recommend.

Noticed all the new Xbox games are mostly only for the Xbox Series X system. Now I can finally play all the games I've been checking out that aren't for the Xbox One system. The Series X system is much faster than Xbox One & even my downloads are much faster on this console. Love it. The only Con to the switch over from Xbox One to Xbox Series X, is that all the X/S Games can only be played when they are installed on the Internal Hard Drive or on a Memory Card. My External Hard Drive from my Xbox One with all my games on it is only good to store the games on for Xbox One Games & to store a X/S Game but CAN NOT be played from the External Hard Drive. Internal Hard Drive is only 1TB which is small with the newer X/S Games. And Memory Cards are almost $500 for a 4TB Memory Card (that's the biggest they currently make that I've found). That's my only complaint about the Xbox Series X.

I recently purchased the Xbox Series X, and it has completely transformed my gaming experience! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek design and solid build quality. The performance is nothing short of phenomenal—loading times are incredibly fast, thanks to the custom SSD, and the graphics are stunning. Playing my favorite titles in 4K at 60fps (or even 120fps) is a game-changer, and the ray tracing capabilities add a whole new level of realism. The controller feels great in my hands, with improved haptics that enhance gameplay immersion.I also appreciate the extensive backward compatibility, allowing me to revisit classic games while enjoying the benefits of enhanced performance. Plus, with Game Pass, I have access to an incredible library of games, making it easy to discover new favorites.Overall, the Xbox Series X is a powerhouse that delivers on every front. Whether you're a casual gamer or a hardcore enthusiast, this console is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

The Xbox Series X is an amazing upgrade from the Xbox One S that I had owned before finally getting it. Load times for most games are almost instant or only take a few seconds. The quick resume feature of the console is nice. You can pause your game and put your console into standby. Once you power everything back up you are right back where you left off. Games look crisp and beautiful and run very smoothly. Controls are much more responsive and have next to no input latency. Could not be happier after a year of trying being able to finally get my hands on one. Happy gaming everyone!

I purchased the Xbox Series X from Bestbuy, and it has been a fantastic investment. The performance is exceptional, with lightning-fast load times thanks to the SSD. The graphics are stunning, delivering 4K gaming at a smooth frame rate, which makes every game immersive and enjoyable. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my setup. Setup was quick and easy, and the console's user interface is intuitive. It also runs quietly, even during intense gaming sessions. One of my favorite features is the backward compatibility, allowing me to enjoy my older Xbox games with enhanced performance. Pairing it with Game Pass Ultimate has been a game-changer, giving access to an extensive library of titles. Delivered promptly the next day, the entire purchase process was seamless. Overall, this console lives up to the hype and is worth every penny for serious and casual gamers alike.

So far I can say this Xbox series x has been the best purchase I’ve made in a really long time as far as tech goes. This device is really ahead of its time Very easy to use and setup The graphics are amazing The user interface is going to take some time for me to get used to coming from PlayStation But I honestly think the Xbox series x gets the job done. Extremely quiet while running games. The quick resume option will come in handy when you have more than three games and want to switch seamlessly from game to game and continue where you left off. The controller is solid love the color Remember to buy rechargeable batteries and a solid head set to pair.

Purchased the series X at launch and have since put over 120 hours of game time into the system with no issue. Graphics, speed and ease of use are all wonderful and are quite noticeably different over the original Xbox one. However, the feature that has stood out the most is quick resume. I didn’t originally think this feature would make as big of an impact as it did. Being able to just hop back into a game where I left off without 5 minutes of jumping through hoops and seeing every developers 273 logos is amazing. Being able to seamlessly hop between games with that same experience makes it even better. Highly recommend this system!

I purchased my Series X on December 2nd, 2020 last year. I've had it for over 7 months now and I still love it and play on it as much as i did the first day. Microsoft is absolutely killing it this generation which is why i switched from ps4 to the Series X and i couldn't be happier that i did. The Next-Gen features this Xbox has such as Quick Resume, which lets you have multiple games open and play between them in a matter of seconds. I use this feature every day. A growing list of games that have Auto FPS Boost and Auto HDR, which makes games look and play amazing! Playing a game that was once 30 fps to now 60fps is so awesome, especially the games that are boosted to 120fps! It's an absolute game changer. Game pass Ultimate is a must if you have an Xbox. It's too good of a deal to pass up, it's perfect with the Series X. Games load incredibly fast on the internal SSD of the Series X it'll make you realize how much time was wasted waiting for games to load last gen! The new contoller is a nice upgrade from the previous model. It now has a textured grip on the back and triggers which feels great to play on while gaming for long sessions. I truly am enjoying my Series X and the Next-Gen features it offers, it's only getting better from here too, with a lot of Xbox exclusives coming soon this year like Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, and many others, all day 1 on Game Pass! You won't be disappointed going with the Series X this generation.
