After 10 years, my tatung rice cooker died on me. I just wanted a dependable and no nonsense rice cooker and this one is it. I love it. It cooks the rice perfectly and has helpful instructions about presoaking and steaming the rice right on the lid. I like that the metal plate on the locking lid comes off for cleaning too, a feature I didn't have on my old rice cooker.

Cooks rice and keeps it warm. Thats it, simple. Does these thingd extremely well.

Rice pot works great! No mulitiple buttons. Easy for quick rice. Someone in this house breaks the rice pots, had to buy a new one and this worked out great with the easy steps to assemble and take a part withno missing parts either.

Easy to use. Difficult to mess up rice. Color matched kitchen appliances and quickly reheats cold rice! In my opinon this company makes the best rice cookers on the market.

I LOVED IT. Very nicely built. Looks beautiful, and does its work. It doesn't take too long to cook rice. My wife was very happy with it. Thanks to BestBuy. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The rice cooker worked fine the first two times I used it but it refused to turn on after that.

I love mine that I've had for 18 years, so I got this for my daughter. I hope the new model hold up to mine. I like the simple one button cooking. There is really no need for the extra tech when it comes to rice. It is expensive, but worth it if it lasts as long as mine has.

Great brand reputation! Just make sure it’s not for one or two ppl; it’s a little large in capacity. You don’t want to have to leave leftovers in this too long, as it’s not a crockpot. Lol IMO it’s better than the InstaPot.

Zojirushi brand is a trusted brand I have used for cooking my rice as well as my parents and family. This rice cooker makes delicious, fresh and price is affordable... actually it's cheap.

Have one for 30 years now but after moving to a new place and giving the old one to my mother I know I have to get another one... excellent product & zojirushi name you can trust.

the rice cooker is woking will except for the lids the lids dont close properly dont close tie but it ok
