Questions & Answers
My wifi is 5G. Can I still use this device?
Answered by TPLinkSupportHi Moni, If by "5G" you mean your Internet service is delivered over 5G cellular connectivity, it should be fine, as long as your Wi-Fi router supports 2.4 GHz connectivity. However, if by "5G" you mean your router uses 5 GHz Wi-Fi exclusively, with 2.4 GHz either disabled or not available, then the smart plug will be unable to connect.
