A: Only use broil safe cookware when using Air Fry mode. A dark sheet pan is recommended because it promotes better browning and crisping. Oven baking baskets and baking grids can also be used. A sheet pan should be placed on the rack below the foods to catch any drippings when using a baking basket. The pans for air fry are not included with this unit. Rack position 3 is recommended for most foods when using Air Fry. If foods are browning too rapidly try using a lower rack position.
Q: CAN YOU PUT ALUMINUM FOIL IN THIS OVEN
A: Hello - Do not use aluminum foil to line oven bottoms. The foil will trap heat below, and upset the performance of the oven. Same is true for similar items such as silicone oven liners. Foil can melt and permanently damage the oven bottom. Damage from improper use of aluminum foil is not covered by the product warranty. Foil may be used to catch spills by placing a sheet on a lower rack, several inches below the food. Do not use more foil than necessary, and never entirely cover an oven rack with aluminum foil. Q: Our ge wall oven Model:JTP30SM2SS, serial #SR11462Q Stooped working. Will this model fit?
A: Hello there! We know this can be confusing so we're happy to help you figure this out. The dimensions for both models are similar except the depth needed for installation. Your current oven requires a 21" minimum depth, while the newer model requires a 23" minimum depth. This model is only available in a Stainless Steel finish or a Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless finish as model number PTS7000BNTS. -- The only 30” single wall oven we currently offer in a white finish is model number JTS3000DNWW. Q: what is best way to clean bottom of oven after the self cleaning function
A: The ash from the food soil can be removed with a water and vinegar solution using a sponge or cloth after the oven has cooled down. -Don@GEAppliances

Beautiful
We love our new oven. The installers were good and it did not take very long. After we cleaned all the finger prints off we did notice a dent in the handle.
