A: It does come with two roller racks and shows a picture in the manufacturer’s website of the two racks in the oven. When mine was delivered, it only had one plus a standard flat rack. I contacted my guy at Best Buy and referred to the picture and he made arrangements to have a second one sent to me. Tried to attach the picture in this review but the photo was in a MS Word file and didn’t upload.

Q: I need the cleaning instructions for this oven please. Noth8ng came with it.

The Perfect Oven
I really enjoy cooking with this oven, the features alone motivates me. It works very well, the convection, air fryer, oven camera, all the added features are a plus to have. All the technical “smart” features are also very nice to have.

Amazing Appliance
This wall oven has features that I wasn't even expecting! The exterior design is stunning and so easy to keep clean. The interior is sturdy, instinctive, built-to-last, and also beautiful. I had to adjust the temp up slightly but that was a simple matter. The convection baking is fantastic and the 2 roll-out racks very strongly-built. The controls are amazing, intuitive, and so easy to set--such a technological upgrade to anything I have previously experienced--and so much fun to use. The food even tastes better! Thank you Best Buy!

GE Oven Doors Misaligned Right Out of the box.
Poor, quality - the oven door is misaligned. Poor, and sloppy manufacturing. Having to go thru return and exchange headache. Would not recommend.
