A: This is a single wall oven. If you are referencing the interior, we design our ovens with high quality materials that can handle the heat produced. Multiple layers are used within the the cavity.
Q: How long does it take to preheat this oven to 350 degrees
A: Great news! The Air Fry feature doesn't require any preheat time. There are multiple factors that can attribute to the preheat time, such as room temperature, the starting temperature of the oven, and the number of racks inside. However, due to the hidden bake element the average preheat time to 350°F for this model is 15-20 minutes. Joyce@GEAppliances

A: This oven certainly does have a temperature probe! If you'd like, you can view more on this on page 15 of the Use and Care manual on the product page. -Kacie@GEAppliances
Q: Can you install a built-in microwave oven above this oven? Thanks
A: Yes, you absolutely would be able to install a microwave/convection oven on top of a single wall oven. As long as you make sure the dimensions match up.

I LOVE my oven!! It is easy to use, easy to clean, and fun to cook with. I love the convection options, but my favorite feature is the air fry option! I no longer use my countertop air fryer, my oven air fry’s to perfection!

The oven is great technically, but I had to assemble parts of two ovens to get one that was flawless. The first came with racks that were just a little to wide to slide in easily without scoring the enamel on the walls of the oven and forcing them in. The replacement came with a dented door, no doubt from mishandling handling the box (in the warehouse or in transit). So I put the door of the first one on the replacement. Perfect!

Love this oven. It heats evenly throughout. I love the fact that it resets its clock when the power blips. I did have to have a new four wire circuit run from the breaker box. The oven is designed for a top junction box, while the one it replaced (20 year old GE profile) was designed for a bottom junction box, so i needed an extension. My electrician wasn't keen on using the three wire circuit to power the oven, so we just ran a new line, though the installers seemed to think it was fine to hook to the existing circuit. I'm no electrician, but I went with the electrician opinion over the installation crew. This oven now works with Amazon Alexa, so that's cool, i can have her turn the oven on or off, or change temps, etc. Works well with the Smart Home app that GE provides as well.
