So far, this phone is fully functional and as described. For a preowned phone it looks new and is in excellent shape. Glad we took a risk and purchased this from Best Buy. I trust bb and highly recommend!

It is always a risk to purchase an open box item. I took the chance to save some money and I am glad I did. There were a few dings on the phone casing, which is what was described in the open box listing. No big deal because I was always going to put it in a case. It worked perfectly just as if I was opening new for the first time. Best Buy does a great job with open box items. It's great to have a phone, iPad and laptop that now all work very similarly.

I bought this phone for my mom and she is really happy with it - no complaints so far. She loves the quality of the camera and how easy the phone is to use. The battery is great, it’s enough for the whole day of usage!

First time having an IPhone. I am still trying to get the hang of it haha. The phone works great.

I needed a new phone, but I couldn’t buy the newest. Best Buy was awesome and made it easy for me to upgrade!
