Q: I bought a Logitech keyboard and mouse combo.
A: Insure the batteries are inserted correctly and the switches are turned to the on position. Depending on your system, you may have to download the software to customize the components. Microsoft Windows 7 Updates provided a Logitech software update when I inserted the USB receiver. I have an older system and the USB 1.1 port didn't work with the receiver but no problems on new system with USB 2.0 or 3.0.
A: Hello JBQuestion, The Logitech MK710 is not a multi-device mouse and keyboard combo. There are comparable options available on BestBuy.com that are multi-device. The MK850 is a nice option. MK850 can pair up to 3 devices via Bluetooth or USB and is a “Flow Enabled” device (cross-computer control and file sharing). The MK850 combo comes with one Unifying USB receiver. I have attached a link below if you would like to explore this option. I recommend downloading the Logitech “Options” software, which is available on the Logitech support website.
