Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.How big is your TV? If it’s under 39" take into store and if it’s 42” or bigger. Please call 1(800)433-5778 Geek Squad to schedule an appointment. That’s if you have 2 year warranty and doesn’t cover if your screen is damaged. If it’s not powering on can be Power Supply, Mainboard but I believe you have a Bad Panel (Screen).
