“How am I supposed to upgrade the RAM on this specific Model? I can't find anywhere to access the RAM slots”

• You have to remove all the screws from the back, and then pry off the back panel. I used a thin plastic ruler to pry it off; easiest to start from the front then work your way each side to the back. Once the whole back panel is off it's obvious where the RAM goes.

• The literature that came with the computer recommends the upgrade be made by an authorized repair center (Geek Squad) . If you do it yourself you risk voiding your warranty. If you are wanting to do it yourself there are several videos on YouTube showing how. www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KCrwiUO7kA
