“I'm getting frame rates around 100-150 in counter strike when most benchmarks I've seen online for similar builds have much higher fps. I've tried several things. Updating drivers. Uninstalling the game and reinstalling. Anyone have any idea what to do?”

You will need to overclock your system to see frames higher than that. If you're using a laptop you won't be able to overclock it much because it can't handle it, almost making the fps that they advertise a lie.
