“Will this fit a 2000 Ford Explorer? Can a CD changer be hooked up to it?”

• why would you want to hook up an antique cd changer when you can put all of your cd,s on iTunes then transfer to a jump drive,, Now digital and NO SKIP. I have about 3 jump drives full of music . non stop music

• I can't answer as to the fitment in your Ford but Alpine does offer a seperate dvd/cd player that can be controlled by this head unit. You may have to check Alpine's website. Hope this helps!
