• You do not have to use the phone app for this frame. No need to connect it to WIFI as well. You will need to exit the setup wizard when setting up the frame. When it asks for you to connect to WIFI skip that and then tap the right arrow. It will ask if you wish to exit the Setup Wizard. Hit OK to do this and then you will be at the Home Page. Now you can just use an SD or USB thumb drive. Be sure to use 32GB or smaller memory cards and make sure photos are in .jpg format. If you need further assistance contact us at [email protected].
