Sharing passwords is not allowed. Each person who wants to connect must download the Smart Frame app to their phone and use their own login, pass, and then setup. The first person sets up differently than all other users. So be sure to read the directions carefully. In the Smart Frame app on the phone, you go into the Devices tab to setup. ONLY THE FIRST PERSON to setup the frame can setup under MY DEVICES. All other setup under Bound or Other devices. For more tips contact [email protected].
