“Can I see the photos sent to a frame on the app? I got it as a gift and won’t have direct access to the frame to see photos I have already sent. Can I see the photo library that’s on the frame on my app?”

You can only see the photos you send. For others that send photos to the frame only the frame owner can see those. Other users can send photos to you via text or email. They can even setup a drop box or shared folder, but the frame is not capable of acting like a router to other accounts whether they be secure or unsecure. This is essentially a privacy and safety feature.
