Mine only reboots when I install an external drive or when I turn it off. Other than that, it is on all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is used every day and I have not experienced any problems at all. I have a large size USB drive plugged in to record. It records perfectly using the timer and also not using it. I formatted the drive before plugging it in. Maybe try unplugging everything and disconnecting everything (remove batteries from the remote) and wait 15 minutes before plugging everything back in.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try going into settings using your remote control (menu button), then go to system and do a reset on the unit. Enter all zeroes (0) when it asks for the passcode. See if this helps.
