• I bought this and it died completely after less than 6 weeks. You'll have to send it back to Aluratek (at your expense) for a replacement. Terrible product. Terrible company.

• This could be an issue with setup, the indoor antenna setup, or potentially the firmware. Contact support@aluratek.com and send us a photo of what you see on the screen. We will see if we can trouble shoot or just have you send that back for a replacement.
