“I have an RV that was made in 2014 it has two insignia and one to three TVs I can get 9.1 and above like 58.158.5 but I cannot get the local channels my four 913 and 11 will this device allow me to do that?”

The converter box will scan for broadcast channels. You might need to move the antenna to a different location if you are not getting the channels.
