• Yes, you can use this box to connect to your TV using the RCA ports. The box will be the tuner with the HD antenna that you connected for OTA channels.

• Yes. It has both composite/rca type plugs for audio and video out and coax back to tv for RF to channel 3. So either of those 2 outputs might work for you. Any good antenna with 50+ mile range will work
