• Mine has never done that. Does the noise come from the box or from the TV? I turn the volume down while I'm scanning. If it's not finding channels, you need to move your antenna and scan until you find one, then keep moving and rescanning until you get the most you can pull in. I spent a couple hours getting this one tuned.
