No. That's the opposite of what this device does. It accepts a Bluetooth audio source (airpods are a Bluetooth audio receiver) and converts the Bluetooth wireless transmittal signal into a wired 1/8" audio plug. That audio plug can then be plugged into a device to receive the signal from the Bluetooth transmitter.
