See my answer response & review posted previously. It is an issue with Bose; not Aluratek.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know specifically, but I had a similar issue trying to pair this device with Bose headphones. I learned it is an issue (design flaw??) With BOSE; not Aluratek. I learned that Bose uses some non-standsrd design, so I had to find a Bluetooth adapter designed specifically for Bose. And no, Bose does not make anything. They, of course, want you to buy a whole new, updated Bose device. I found an adapter made by Reytid, advertised to work on my Bose model, year, etc. You may need to do the same.
